When you think of one of the shortest, strongest, words in the history of language to carry a punch as strong as Pacquiao's left hook, what word comes to mind?
Reign describes dominance and rule. It's a dynasty and it shows who's in command. It shows power and is the supreme brand. It's the dominating power or influence. It's the top tier of the cream of the crop.
It's not just the starting line-up of the Dream Team, but it's being the best player on the starting line-up.
Reign is an empire.
It takes a lot to make it to the top and it takes even more to stay there.
DESIRE: How bad do you want it?
DETERMINATION: How hard are you willing to work to get it?
DEDICATION: How much are you willing to sacrifice to get it?
DRIVE: How far will you go to achieve it?
But once you get there, you never want to leave.
To be the best, you need to beat the best. No, you need to surround yourself with the best. Any good leader knows that they are great because of their team. There are no great teams without great leadership, and good leaders become great because they have a phenomenal team.
A leader can't choose the time or place he / she wants to lead. A leader is a leader at all breathing moments of the day. A leader doesn't just wear the title when it's convenient or easy. A real leader is a leader when no one else wants to do it.
A real leader displays their truest qualities when no one else is watching.
A leader is someone who leads to serve; living for others. A leader is a person who accepts failure and understands that the only guarantee is hard work. A leader is a person who succeeds with dignity and lives with integrity.
A real leader is a follower first.
I am proud and honored to have a team of growing leaders. I am blessed to have this opportunity to mentor, work side by side, and walk life with some of the most unique, loyal, and devoted individuals that I've ever met.
When I prayed for strength, wisdom, and guidance, I didn't know God would answer these prayers by giving me my team. I look forward to learning and growing alongside each one of you. I want to thank you for your desire, determination, dedication, and personal drive to work hard every single day for a common purpose and vision.
